Sara Balestra Menei

Sara M. Balestra Menei was born in 1987 in Syracuse, New York. She received her B.A. in Hispanic Languages and Literatures with a related concentration in Latin American Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. In 2012, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law, where she served as President of the Women's Law Caucus and Vice President of the Military Law Society.


In 2013, she was admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. In 2014, she was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.


Ms. Menei is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. Her practice areas include personal injury (including automobile accidents and premises liability), wrongful death, insurance law, and estate planning. Prior to joining Daniel D. Martin & Associates, LLC in 2015, she litigated premises liability cases on the other side of the “v.” working on behalf of insurance companies. Because of her experience working as a defense attorney, she brings a well-rounded view of the claims industry to the table. Ms. Menei is a detail-oriented, hardworking, and tenacious advocate. Her mission is to give accurate and trustworthy advice, as well as provide guidance through uncertain times or life-altering circumstances. Ms. Menei has successfully recovered millions of dollars in settlement funds and strives to obtain the best possible result for each and every one of her clients.


In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends. Ms. Menei is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and bleeds green. Most important of all, she has the privilege of sharing her life with her loving husband, incredibly kind-hearted daughter, and loyal rescue dog.
