Jeffrey S. Wexler

Dr. Jeffrey S. Wexler was born in 1962 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1987. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey and formerly served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.


While practicing law, Dr. Wexler returned to school, earning his master's degree in counseling psychology from Immaculata University in 2001 and his doctorate in clinical psychology from Immaculata University in 2009. He is licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania and Delaware. As a psychologist, he provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples and performs forensic assessments.


As an attorney, he has practiced primarily in the area of personal injury with Mr. Martin since 1994 and has been an associate attorney with Daniel D. Martin & Associates, LLC, since the firm's inception in 2005. Dr. Wexler continues to practice both law and psychology. He currently resides in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter.
