Daniel D. Martin was born in 1961 in Wilmington, Delaware. He graduated from West Chester University in 1985 and shortly thereafter began working in various positions in the insurance industry. Mr. Martin received his law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1992 and was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1992. He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2000. Mr. Martin is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, Chester County Bar Association as well as the Delaware County Bar Association.
Since 2005, Mr. Martin has been the owner of Daniel D. Martin & Associates LLC, specializing in the representation of injured clients with offices in Wilmington, Delaware, Media, Pennsylvania and Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Unionville, Pennsylvania with his wife and four children.
